Terms of Use
Last updated: June 20, 2026
By creating an account and using Get ScaleLogic you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service
Get ScaleLogic is a performance dashboard for affiliates and digital producers. The platform offers ROI estimates and net-profit projections based on the data you provide. Calculations use fixed reference rates and should not be considered financial advice.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and update it whenever necessary.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, attempt to access data of other users, reverse-engineer the platform, or overload our infrastructure with automated requests.
4. Third-party integrations
When connecting Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other ad platforms, you also agree to the terms of those services. The same applies when you connect a sales platform such as Hotmart, or any other supported affiliate/sales platform, via webhook to send sale and commission events into your dashboard — you remain bound by that provider's own terms of service and data policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limits imposed by third parties.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that projections will materialize. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from business decisions based on the dashboard.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
7. Google Ads data — Limited Use
When you connect Google Ads, Get ScaleLogic accesses campaign performance data through the Google Ads API using the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords solely to read your spend, impressions, clicks and daily metrics. We do not modify, create or delete any Google Ads resource, do not share Google user data with third parties, and comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page.
8. Meta Ads data — Limited Use
When you connect Meta Ads, Get ScaleLogic accesses ad performance data through the Meta Marketing API using only the scopes ads_read, ads_management, business_management, pages_read_engagement, pages_show_list and public_profile, solely to read spend, impressions, clicks and insights from the accounts and pages you authorize. We do not post, create, edit, pause or delete ads, campaigns, ad sets, pages or any content on your behalf, do not share Meta data with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers strictly required to operate the service, and never use it for purposes outside of populating your own dashboard. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page.
9. Meta Pixel on the marketing site
Our public marketing website uses the Meta Pixel (ID 2309477786461756) to measure ad performance and improve our marketing, including for visitors who have not yet created an account. The pixel runs before signup, collects standard browser and device information and events such as PageView, ViewContent, InitiateCheckout and Lead, and shares them with Meta. By browsing our marketing site you accept the use of this pixel; you can opt out via your browser cookie settings, your Meta ad preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences/, or industry tools such as https://www.youronlinechoices.com/. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
